As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for all communication with our customers. We love our customers, so we want to give them the best experience ever. Lots of customers come to RGB for print. But if a customer asks us to deliver a pizza, we deliver a pizza. Our goal is to make people smile, so we do whatever it takes to make our customers happy.
As a Customer Service Agent, you are part of our Customer Service Team. In this team, we provide our customers with an experience they will remember. People forget the things we say, people forget the things we do, but people never forget how you make them feel. We make sure that, when customers call RGB, they are happy to speak to us because of our knowledge and enthusiasm. We help our customers through the process and show that ordering print is really easy.
